Our shipping schedule is below. We feel our order to ship time is one of the fastest in the industry. We use USPS for all shipping. If you have concerns about tracking, transit, delivery time, or receipt after it ships and you have received tracking, please contact USPS, as we cannot control a shipment once it has left our hands.
Please note: The shipping times and schedule below are on condition that you have passed Age verification, if we cannot age verify you in the allotted schedule below you will be contacted and it will delay your order and possibly delay your shipment for up to 24 hours. If we cannot verify you or you have not responded to our contact attempts within 24 hours, we are required to cancel your order and refund your payment. If you have not received a ship notice, check your email for correspondence from us about age verification.
We use USPS because it is currently the most cost-efficient and reliable service. However, recent cut-backs and changes at USPS have resulted in slower delivery times all over the country. Opting for Priority Mail, for example, doesn’t always result in a quicker delivery. If you have a small package (under 13 ounces), you can choose the less expensive First Class option, which lately seems to arrive about the same time as a Priority shipment would. Hopefully, USPS gets its issues worked out soon and deliveries get back to normal. Please note: we cannot refund shipping fees due to USPS being late or making an error in shipment.
International orders (outside the USA) have their own rules (see here).
Shipping Schedule (all times are Eastern Standard Time):
On Monday through Friday, if you order after 2:00PM, you may not receive a shipping notice until 2:00PM the following day, but it will still go out the next day if you are age verified.
No shipping on Sundays or USPS Holidays (see the USPS schedule here).
Please note: Orders worth over $100.00 US may be shipped with signature required at our discretion. Orders going to a business or non-permanent residence (e.g., a hotel or campus) may be sent with signature required, and we are NOT responsible for a delivery issue to those locations.
Hotel/Campus/Non residential delivery:
Any location which can result in someone other than yourself handling the package can warrant an order cancellation and is not covered under any warranty, this is due to the age verification law and unknown entities handling your order. This includes Hotels, Motels, Businesses, Campus, or any (shared) residential housing. The purpose for this policy is to reduce the amount of fraud we face and to comply with the law. Any order not going directly to the billing address must be sent with Adult signature required which is an additional charge by the USPS, you will be contacted by us to confirm you are willing to cover the extra cost. An order going to a business or non-permanent residence is not necessarily a problem, of course, but the frequency of claims on these orders and the potential for FDA non complicance is much higher than on regular residential and small orders. To protect ourselves and our customers and follow the law, we sometimes require more information from you or require signatures upon delivery, especially if you are a first-time customer and check out as a guest or if you’re using a new shipping address or a shipping address that differs from the billing address.
At DV, we strive to provide the best service we can. We have only a few return "rules," which are intended to provide fairness for all involved.
1. We will fix just about any issue you have within 30 days of purchase, provided it is a valid defect, not user damage or something out of our control.
2. You may return any unopened/unused product for a store credit or refund as long as the item is still in resalable condition and in it's original packaging.
3. We can only cover return shipping costs if something is DOA (dead on arrival) and we are contacted about it the day you receive it. We will also cover shipping a replacement to you once returned. We do not pay for your shipping, you must contact us to arrange the return, we will send a prepaid return package if needed.
4. We replace potentially defective items for the same item (no swaps).
5. International orders (outside the USA) have their own rules (see here).
6. If you are in doubt of something being covered, just ask. We are happy to help.
Everything else is up for discussion. If you have an issue with something you purchased here, please submit a ticket on our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as we can. If you do not get a reply, check your spam filters, as we respond to every submission and email.
The only exceptions to the above are plastic clearomizer "cracking" (due to acidic liquids) and coil replacement heads. We cannot warranty coil heads. For everything else, just contact us here.
You MUST contact us on the contact form before sending something back. We will not take care of your issue if you just send a package back to us, and it might end up lost. Please, do not send anything to us without contacting us first HERE.
