USB Variable Voltage Mini Passthrough - Black
Aww, how cute a mini USB Passthrough!
A USB Variable Voltage Passthrough with an extra long 45" USB Cord
(Can only be used connected to a powered USB port, 510 connector with eGo threading.)
Vape at multiple voltages!
Plug into your USB port.
5 presses advances you to each voltage level and lights the appropriate led light:
Purple (3.7v) and
Green (4.7v) (not all computer USB ports can output this value)
Not for use with low resistance cartomizers, please use 2.0 and above.
All selectable via pushbutton. This is NO ordinary passthrough.
This passthrough will work with any standard 5V USB socket on your computer or laptop.
I love these things but they do have one issue, after a month of using mine the cable on the bottom detached a bit leaving the wires exposed, that's not as dangerous as it sounds but it's something to look for, I am constantly getting mine stuck under the wheel of my desk chair so that probably had something to do with it, they do not have a holding knot in the base, just check it occasionally. I fixed mine originally by sliding the cable back up in and then when it came out again a drop of superglue (because I am cheap lol) so just be aware and keep an eye on it, if it happens to you, break out the electrical tape or superglue.

I have been using my mini VV pass through for two days now and I really love this thing! My only wish is that the cord was longer but that can be fixed with a USB extension cord. My first pass through I got was defective but Eric is a good guy and sent me a replacement that they tested right away. I don't shop anywhere else for my vapor needs for two reasons, you can not beat Discount Vapors prices and it's hard to find customer service as good as DV!

I use this with Protank 2. There's some kind of airflow issue when I use the Protank with my battery, but absolutely no issues with this usb passthrough. The variable voltage feature is very nice. The button occasionally sticks, but a quick tap shuts it off. No cord issue, I use it with my laptop vs running it over/snagging it on my desktop chair. Good price and quality, definitely would recommend.

works fantastic I have used a lot of pass through's and this is the best, use a little super glue on the cord hole where it goes into the pass-through.

This pass thru gives me the opportunity to sit at my computer and vapp as long as I want with out interruption. I also like the "personal touch" that DV provides and especially the important info provided for newbies like my self. Thanks.

So, the good - variable voltage, plugs directly into any USB charger or port (not all PCs give off the same voltage from their USB ports, so your mileage may vary. Just use a charger port for best results). Standard 3 click operation to turn on, cycle through the voltages, and turn off. Voltage is indicated by the color of the button light (check product description for those voltages and colors).
The bad - Not really bad, but it'll be a problem if you don't know about it. After taking one apart, the power cord simply goes in through the bottom, ties in a knot, and is then soldered directly to the board. No anchors of any kind. What that means is that through normal use, you WILL twist or pull a wire loose eventually. The fix for this is REALLY simple, though. Just put a ball of glue where the wire goes into the housing. I used Gorilla Glue Epoxy since I had it on my desk already, but anything that will bond with plastic should work just fine.
Once glued, these things last forever. I recently picked up a second so I don't have to fuss with moving the one in my office to the car when I'm going on a long road trip.

I recently purchased the Mini Passthrough and I am really enjoying having it. Because it's a direct link to power you get a perfect vape hit each time. Every vape is full of flavor. I use it at my desk, in my car and at home on my laptop. The only drawback is now you're staionary, but if you want to leave the room or move about, just grab your battery. It's nice having that "fresh" vape each time.

For home vaping this product is very convenient. The different voltage selections are a nice touch.

I put a drop of super-glue on it as soon as I received it, and its been working great for about two weeks now. It works just like Eric says. I use the 3.7v (purple) on my long wick T2's with Tennesee cured juice. I keep one at each of my two computers and run them off the USB ports. Great Vape. Saves on my batteries. Quick shipping as usual.

I bought two and have the same problem on both. The button stick when firing. I have had to take of the carto or tank to avoid it from frying out. Other then that, they work great. It is convenient to have in the car or sitting at my desk. Switching between the different voltages is pretty simple (unless the buttons stick). Once they fix the problem with the button, I'll give this 5 stars.

It's small but a lot more sturdy feeling & heavier than the picture might imply; at least to me.
I just taped the cord to the body in lieu of gluing suggested & it seems to prevent accidental jerking against the connection spot. Also this unit is tiny and I actually like how the cord taped to the side makes it easier to hold. You will lose 3 - 4 inches.
This works plugged in to my galaxy s4 wall plug charger. Anything with a 2 amp rating should. I couldn't find any of those on this site, but Amazon carries them for under $5.

I was a little concerned with how the wire casing was shifting a bit from not being secured under the passthru's head piece, but it is easily shoved back in. Works like a charm, tho occasionally gets a little warm when left plugged in for too long.

Good product. The cord does need to be Super Glued to the outer case to prevent it from slipping out. I plan to purchase another one next month, maybe two. Does not heat juice to the point where it tastes "burned", even at the highest voltage setting.

It works really well although i wish the body was a couple inches longer i have big hands and holding it is a bit awkward but that has no bearing on its function also keep in mind the cord dose start coming out fairly easy and needs a dab of glue to secure it as stated in the description

This little passthrough gizmo is great! I used to use passthrough batteries all the time before going to the "big boy" mods, and had forgotten what practical devices they could be; especially if one is at a computer/laptop a lot. This one works great and the added variable voltage is a plus. I took off one star due to the weakness of the wire where it enters the device. I did put a bit of super glue there, and it seems secure enough now. Very happy with purchase..especially at such a good price!

The title tells it all. I bought this in March and used it a couple of times. Then I packed it up as I was moving to a home. 2 months ago I finally found it and started using it to save the life of my batteries. Tonight it stopped working and I found that the button had come loose and no longer activates it. Can't someone make a product that is sturdy and works for more that 2 or 3 months? Sigh... back to my batteries...
